Your answers to the survey: for each of the seven areas, how important it is to you, the level you want to reach and where you are today; and your answers about your operation (approximate site count and installed capacity, where production is lost, and an approximate monthly budget range for monitoring and analytics per site).
Your contact details, so that your report can be sent to you.
